WANT TO HAVE A POOL PARTY?

Pool parties are a great way to enjoy College Heights Swimming Pool. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, graduation, family gathering, or any other special moment, we want you here at the pool!

Since our lifeguards are managed through the company Swim Club Management Group (SCMG), you will have to schedule your party through them to ensure that there will be enough staff on hand. If your party will have more than 12 guests in attendance, there may be additional staffing fees.

POOL PARTY GUIDELINES

• We recommend that you submit your Pool Party Request to SCMG at least two weeks prior to the event (see form link at bottom of this page).
• On the day of the party, please arrive at least one hour early and identify yourself to the guard at the entrance. Let the guard know how many guests are in your party.
• Have one member of your party near the front entrance while guests are arriving. This will greatly expedite the check-in process for your guests.
• When your guests have arrived, please record those who are guest swimmers. These guests will count towards your guest passes for the season.
• We welcome parents of small children who are in direct supervisory roles. We also welcome parents who want to linger briefly to make sure their children are adjusting.  However, College Heights Swimming Pool considers any adult enjoying the use of the pool and its facilities for the duration of the party to be a guest. Accordingly, if parents or guardians are staying at the party while children swim, we ask that you obtain guest passes for those adults in addition to their children.
• Please allow yourself time to clean up your party area and return any pool furniture to its original place.

SWIM CLUB MANAGEMENT GROUP (SCMG) TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Events must be booked at least seven days prior in order to be adequately scheduled with lifeguards. Events booked less than seven days in advance will be charged a rush fee of $50 at the company’s discretion in order to offset the cost related to last minute  scheduling. It is at the company’s discretion based on staffing to approve this party or special event request.
• Parties with fewer than 12 guests may not require additional lifeguards.
• Customer agrees to provide one (1) adult chaperone for every ten (10) people at a teenage or college age party.
• One additional lifeguard will be required per every 40 persons over 75 total people. This may result in a larger final payment fee before the booking can be processed for approval.
• SCMG will not provide lifeguards past 12:00 AM (midnight).
• It is the responsibility of the resident to verify pool and  lifeguard availability on the party date with a SCMG representative. All parties and special events are required to use only SCMG lifeguards.
• All parties and special events must comply with College Heights Pool policies. Certain facilities may require additional paperwork and policies. If this applies to you, our office will be in touch with any additional  requirements.
• Inclement Weather Policy: If you choose to cancel or reschedule due to inclement weather, please contact a staff member at the pool directly at least two (2) hours prior to the start of the party. Please do not contact the SCMG  office to cancel or reschedule. Refunds will only be given if advance notice of your desire to cancel or reschedule is given.

Upon the completion of booking your party or special event, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your party  request. However, this does not guarantee that your party has been approved by SCMG. You will receive a final confirmation email and approval from a SCMG representative within  five (5) business days after payment is received.
