New members can either pay the their fees upon the start of their membership, or instead opt to split the payments over two years.

There are no refunds for Joining Fees and Annual Dues. When a member leaves the pool, Stock value will be redeemed by the corporation ($450), less any unpaid fees.

These fees may change without notice. Stock is not transferable.  Non-payment of dues for two years will result in membership termination and cancellation of stock with no value redemption.
